Meditiation

Meditation is to train, calm or empty the mind, often by achieving an altered state, as by focusing on a single object.

Meditation  classes are available through a number of sources.

Meditation is a luxury.  All you have to do is allow yourself to be, your mind and body will do the rest.

From the moment you wake up to the sound of the alarm clock, you override your body's natural instincts in order to survive in today's busy world.  Meditation gives you the chance to listen to your body.  Meditation can help you answer questions, experience yourself, and change your lifestyle to bring more peace.
