Uncinate Process – This is a lateral protuberance on the cervical vertebra that helps control the amount of movement of each level.

Upper Cervical Specific – Technique that uses a number of specific chiropractic adjustments designed to correct atlas and upper cervical subluxations.

Usual and Customary - referring to a job; one's ordinary work.
